In an effort to decrease or eliminate the number of injuries and deaths during off-season conditioning practices in collegiate athletes, the Black Coaches & Administrators (BCA) has announced its support for the National Strength and Conditioning Association's Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC) program and supports requiring the RSCC program for all college strength coaches.
