The TSAC Program Manager’s primary responsibility is for the development, implementation and support of a comprehensive TSAC program including events, products, educational content, service training, personnel, business and fiscal management. He/she will provide project support including research and documentation promoting the growth of membership and certification. The successful candidate must also be able to coordinate and contribute to the development of foundational principles and current research-based topics and information delivered through various mediums.
The TSAC Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to assist the Tactical Strength and Conditioning (TSAC) Program Manager in coordinating the development and implementation of a comprehensive national TSAC program including events, products, educational content, and membership support. A secondary responsibility includes coaching in the NSCA Performance Center. The TSAC Coordinator must also be able to provide foundational principles, current research-based topics, and other relevant information delivered through various mediums.
The Continuing Education Coordinator ensures that individuals holding active NSCA certifications (certificants) have access to high-quality continuing education (CE) activities by evaluating existing CE activities, identifying new CE activities, supporting certificants and external authors/developers CE content, and productizing educational content produced by NSCA.
The Performance Center Administrator/Assistant S&C Coach works with the Coaching Performance Manager to organize and oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, serves as Performance Center (PC) Internship Administrator, and coordinates facility schedule and staffing. They act as the main facility contact, regulate athletes, perform various administrative, supervision and coaching duties for PC, Coaching Performance, and Education departments to support Performance Center objectives, mission, and goals.
