Train at the Performance Center

The National Strength and Conditioning Association’s Performance Center for Athletic Performance 

Offering comprehensive performance enhancement training to club and university athletics, professional organizations, private corporations, and personal fitness. 

Sport coaches, strength and conditioning coaches, athletic trainers, and administrators may utilize our services to assist with:

  • Team and/or small group-based training
  • Assessments for athletic performance
  • Injury prevention
  • Progressive program design specific to sport, position, training age and/or level
  • Off Season and In Season programming
  • Previous training program analysis and recommendations 

Private, semi-private, and group training services may include:  


  • Pre- and post-training assessments (performance and strength testing)
  • Movement preparation (i.e., pre-practice, pre-training, pre-game warm ups)
  • Proper movement skill training, including deceleration techniques
  • Linear and lateral speed training, including acceleration and top end speed development
  • Agility and footwork training
  • Additional power and plyometic training
  • Linear and lateral cardiovascular conditioning
  • Proper strength training techniques
  • Olympic lifting techniques
  • Balance, coordination, and proprioception
  • Flexibility and Mobility training


Receive a group/team discount of 10% off when 3 or more registrations are received together.  All members of the group must participate in the same program level and all applications must be received at the same time to receive discount.
