The Dumbbell Row is a multi-joint exercise used to strengthen the Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major, Middle Trapezius, Rhomboids and Biceps. This exercise is often used to develop strength for pulling movements and of the opposing muscle groups (anterior to posterior) in the upper body.
