Tactical Strength and Conditioning Program
The Tactical Strength and Conditioning (TSAC) program was designed for tactical athletes (conventional military forces, special operations forces, SWAT, law enforcement, and fire/rescue first responders) and those responsible for their physical training. The TSAC program was designed to optimize mission/job performance by combining cutting-edge research, applied training methods and field experience to reduce injury risks while increasing strength, power, speed, agility, and aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
The TSAC program was developed with leaders in SWAT, special operations forces, fire & rescue, conventional military and law enforcement.
The goal of the TSAC program is to provide the highest level of physical training possible to those who serve and protect our country and communities.
TSAC Facilitator’s Course
The TSAC Facilitator’s Course is a three-day course, presented by NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) staff, along with various field experts, on the latest evidence-based training techniques for tactical athletes. The purpose of the course is to educate attendees on proper exercise techniques and training strategies which can be implemented immediately, to train tactical athletes. The course is open to all tactical athletes, facilitators, and anyone interested in learning the specific demands of training tactical athletes.
TSAC Outreach Facilitator’s Course
The TSAC Outreach Facilitator’s Course is a customized course held at your site/facility to target the specific needs of your unit or department.
