Bridging the gap between science and application

Coaches are required to complete the Flight Manual before attending Fly Solo Camp.

The Fly Solo Camp is designed for high school sport coaches to gain a better understanding of strength and conditioning principles to include in their programs.

Measure and Improve Athletic Performance

To become a pilot, you first study the rules and regulations in the offical flight manual before ever getting in the cockpit of an airplane. New pilots learn procedures to fly along side a certified pilot. New pilots only Fly Solo after their instructor believes they are ready to Fly Solo. This model also applies for the "NSCA Fly Solo Program" for coaches.
