Our facility, CORSO (Salt Point, NY), will be hosting the TRX Sports Medicine Certification on Sunday, May 19, 2013 (9am-5pm). This course is open to all instructors who have either taken a TRX level 1 cert, or is an MD, Physical Therapist or Athletic Trainer, and also for those personal trainers who are familiar with the use and setup of the TRX. The cost is $350 and is worth .08 NSCA CEU's. Hey All-
I'll be hosting a Barbell Complex Training Seminar at my gym in Somerville, MA on March 23, 2013.

 
I'll break down exactly how to coach, cue, teach and program Barbell Complexes. This will add another tool to any trainer's tool box and allow you to train large or small groups with minimal equipment in a small space (or large if you have it happy )
