This is Coach Wells from Emporia High School, Iam the NSCA State director for kansas, thank you to all those who attended this years conference. Next Years Date Will be Saturday December 7th, 2013,make plans to attend.

Finishers here is a great finisher if you have a large group of athletes and have 2-3 minutes at end of workout we call it the 2 minute challenge star with 20 seconds of jump squats followed by 20 seconds of prisoner squats followed by a 20 second squat and hold then immediately repeat the sequence one more time with no rest, try it, Lets post some other finishers on the forum so if you have one put it on.
