Hello Fellow Basketball Lovers,
I recently wanted to get back into playing more hoops but don't have any teams or intermural temas where I am. Can anyone help me out and help me with some conditioning and shooting drills to help get me back into my A-Game?
Best bet is to search the journals. Shuttles are good for conditioning though. When you shoot, release the ball as high as possible. ESPN reaearch has shown it's the best chance of scoring. Good luck
