This 4-hour pre-conference symposium will provide the attendee with a comprehensive overview on how to maximize a training session for developing balanced, functional fitness without overemphasizing or short changing any component even with limited facilities, equipment, and space. Multiple program design variables, progressions, and modalities will be addressed providing a complete and efficient integrated workout. The Pre-Con will be divided into 4 sections covering the following topics:
