All attendees will be receiving an electronic version of the conference program/speaker handouts before the conference. If you would like to reserve a printed version of the conference program/speaker handouts it will be a $25 charge and you will receive it when you check-in.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing (mail, fax, email) and should state the reason for cancellation.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA PHONE!
Refunds before February 1, 2008 will incur a $20 processing fee, no refunds after February 1, 2008.
