The NSCA High School Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year Award recognizes outstanding CSCS-certified high school strength and conditioning coaches. Presented annually, the award celebrates these coaches' achievements and work on behalf of high school athletes, and their dedication to the advancement of the strength and conditioning profession. In addition to holding a current CSCS certification, nominees must be current Members of the NSCA.
