The National Strength and Conditioning Associations Coaching Performance National Index Championship was held June 6, 2009.
The Index Championship consists of four tests: the Vertical Jump, Pro Agility Run, Ten Yard Dash, and Hang Clean. Each athlete is given a score for their performance on each test and is also given index points based on their body weight and gender. Athletes are acknowledged in each event as well as the overall index championship. The Athlete’s final score could help with recruitment opportunities in college and further their career as an athlete.

| 3/11/2010 | If you want your athletes to compete in the National Index Championship May 15th you'll need to sign-up and enter your test scores for the Cyber Competition Qyalifier by March 11th. Your athletes will need to be in the top ten qualifiers for athletes under 20 years of age to be invited to the National Index Championship in Colorado Springs. | 5/15/2010 | National Index Championship for athletes under 20 years of age. Widefield High School Gym, Colorado Springs. May 15th. The top ten boys and top ten girls who qualify in the March 11 Cyber Qualifer will be invited to this prestigous event. The winner of the National Championship will be invited to represent the US in the International Index Invitational in Orlando. |
