The NSCA has mentors that are certified in standardized strength and conditioning lifts, drills and tests for high schools. These mentors offer assistance to high school coaches at Fly Solo Camps.
The Fly Solo Camps are performance based eight hour hands-on camps that assist high school coaches in all sports to be better informed to work with their athletes.
The Fly Solo Camp will be offered on the front end of each National NHSACA Convention in June or NHSACA members can attend one in their local area.
“I highly encourage NHSACA coaches to enroll in this high quality program. If you have any questions give me a call – 701-293-2099”.
