NSCA Fly Solo Camp Schedule

Schedule
7:30am – 8:00am- Register to get credentials. Please wear athletic gear as you will be expected to
                          demonstrated your ability coach and perform the warm-ups and all the major lifts and
                          drills. DO NOT show up to the Fly Solo Camp unless you have studied the
                          Flight Manual. The Fly Solo Mentor will work with you throughout the camp to help you
                          with proper technique and what queues to use. Failure to demonstrate you know how
                          to coach will result in a failure to receive your Certificate of Completion and you will
                          not receive your "Wings".
Auditorium or Classroom Setting:
8:00am - 9:30am - Introduction. A basic overview of the Fly Solo Program including the Four Step
                          Philosophy and Ten Principles to Improve Athletic Performance.
Weight Room
9:35am - 10:00am - Learn and Demonstrate Hruska Activators
10:05am - 12:00pm - Clean Progression then the Neutral Squat
Auditorium or Classroom or Lunch Room
12:05pm - 12:55pm - Lunch provided during Performance Nutrition Presentation
Fieldhouse or Court.
1:00pm - 1:15pm - Hruska Activators
1:15pm - 1:25pm - Conditioning Warm-up
1:30pm - 3:00pm - Drills to improve Speed and Acceleration and 10-yard start technique then how to
                          teach and coach proper technique for Agility Drills.
Classroom Setting
3:00pm - 3:15pm - Break
3:15pm - 4:00pm - NSCA Index Competitions
                          Hand out and Collect Evaluation forms
