    Session Descriptions
    This presentation will discuss facts and fallacies related to plyometric training as well as define the difference between jump training and plyometric training and provide attendees with a variety of exercises and drills they can implement with their clients/teams.
    This session will discuss the importance of warming up properly and will give attendees valuable information that they can apply immediately to their programming.
    This presentation will cover all aspects of starting a sports performance program from scratch, in the collegiate setting.
    Lecture + hands-on. Coaches will learn how to identify energy leaks during speed training and how to correct them to improve the performance of their athletes.
    This presentation will cover all aspects of a multi-year athletic development program for D-I football, including phases of training, emphasis of each phase and various other topics relevant for coaches.
