    Outside the Box Training
    by Keith Caton, MS, EdS, CSCS and Charles Ossenheimer, MS
    Discussion and demonstration on how to implement different training concepts that are considered “outside the box”. These concepts will help keep your program energized, focused, and allow the athletes to just be athletes.
    An overview of the North Ridge Middle School athlete development program, including the annual plan, goals, exercises and techniques used. The topic of training adolescents with resistance training will also be addressed.
    Nutritional information and education for your athletes that can be applied with little to no budget.
    The do’s and don’ts of being a young assistant and moving from intern to GA to full-time assistant.
    The teaching progressions, program design, and program implementation during the freshmen year at Jesuit College Prep of Dallas.
