The JW Marriott puts you at the center of Indianapolis, in a prime location to explore all the Circle City has to offer.  If you’re not taking advantage of the cardio equipment and free weights in the exercise room or soaking in the whirlpool at the JW Marriott Indy, then you’re probably enjoying the familiar sports scenes of Lucas Oil Stadium or Victory Field, all within walking distance.  

White River State Park, the Indianapolis Zoo, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and a handful of historical and cultural districts are all nearby. And the convenience couldn’t get any better as the JW Marriott Indy is connected to the Indiana Convention Center, making it an ideal location for your stay during NSCA’s Coaches Conference.  

Indicate that you wish to be under the National Strength and Conditioning Association room block. Hotel reservations made after December 9, 2013, will only be confirmed on a space-available basis.

All attendees will be receiving an electronic version of the conference program/speaker handouts before the conference. If you would like to reserve a printed version of the conference program/speaker handouts there will be a $35 charge and you will receive it when you check-in. 

REGISTRATION HOURS  

REFUND POLICY   

All refund requests must be submitted in WRITING and should include the reason for cancellation. NO refunds will be accepted via phone.

Full refunds less $20 if postmarked by November 18, 2013.

50% refund if postmarked November 18 through December 23, 2013.

NO REFUNDS after December 23, 2013.
