This meeting was called to order at 8:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time on Saturday, August 4, 2012 by NSCA President, Dr. Steve Fleck.
Participating in the meeting were: Dr. Steve Fleck, NSCA President, Dr. David Syzmanski, NSCA Board of Directors Vice-President, Dr. Bill Holcomb, NSCA Board of Directors Secretary Treasurer (by conference phone), Mr. Jon Jost, Dr. Todd Miller and Mr. Brad Schoenfeld.
Absent from the meeting were: Dr. Brent Alvar, Dr. Rodney Gaines, Dr. Michael Ma.
Also participating in the meeting were Boyd Epley, NSCA Sr. Director of Coaching Performance and Special Projects, Lee Madden, NSCA Sr. Director of Finance, Scott Douglas, NSCA Director of Marketing and Brenda McQuay, Executive Assistant.
